Submitted by Greg On senteinal beach to get the scout fly from the top of the platform u can either push up the logs (witch I can't figure out) or u can go and ublock the blue eco in the forbidden forest, then go back and find the blue eco, vent find the first blue jumpy thing and jump up to the platform with the scout.
