Hints for 2nd Offense, platform PSX

To go into orbit you need to go where the orange
rocket thingy is. drive around it until you get to
where a tower is(those ones that shoot at you). There
should be a dirt road near it that leads to a portal.
Go in it when the lights are green. You will then be
launched into orbit. You will get either toolboxes or
a lot of weapons falling aroung you. Move your car with
the D-pad to move twards the items. You will land safely
in a little bit.
